Central is currently in a soft lockdown due to EMS being on site treating a visitor who was picking up a student. This is only to allow the paramedics to work uninterrupted. There is no danger to students or staff. We anticipate getting back to a regular day very soon. Thank you for understanding.

Bus 12 will be running late with student drop-offs to homes this afternoon due to being involved in a minor traffic accident, with slightly bumping a vehicle. There are no injuries or cause for any concern.
LES Fundraiser will be delivered tomorrow afternoon. We will send out a message tomorrow when it arrives so it can be picked up from school. Please make arrangements to be able to pick up the orders when the message is received.

School administration and the SRO at Macon County Junior High conducted a threat assessment this afternoon in response to a student related concern. The situation was addressed quickly and all district safety protocols were followed. At no time were students or staff in danger.
