LAST CALL FOR COSTA RICA As a reminder, if you plan to attend the Costa Rica informational meeting, your family must RSVP. If you have not done so yet, click the following link: https://bit.ly/4b3h9l9 This informational meeting for the Summer 2025 trip to Costa Rica will take place at 5:00pm on February 8th in the school auditorium. This trip is open to all current 8th graders and high school students at Macon County and Red Boiling Springs! Macon County FFA has partnered with EF Tours to take our students on this trip. Students do not have to be a part of FFA or enrolled in an agriculture course to participate. Those who register for the meeting will be eligible to receive a $200 tour scholarship and be eligible for Risk-Free Enrollment if they enroll on our tour!!

SOUP SUPPER- Come support the MCHS Track and Field Team on Thursday, February 8th in the MCHS Cafeteria. The supper will start at 5:00pm before the MCHS vs Clay County Basketball game. Cost is $5.00.

Last Day for in-person sign ups for RBS Little League will be Saturday, February 3rd at RBS Elementary from 10:00-2:00.

Last day for in-person signups for NEW Senior League Baseball will be this Saturday, February 3rd at Central Elementary from 9:00-1:00.

Last day for in-person signups for T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and Little League Baseball and Softball will be this Saturday, February 3rd at Central Elementary from 9:00-1:00.

MCHS SENIORS-There will be a FAFSA Workshop for seniors and parents on Thursday, January 25 from 11:00 am-4:00 pm in the MCHS Library.  Parents need to bring W2's and tax return for 2022. No appointments are needed.

POSTPONED: The Mandatory TN Promise Meeting for MCHS seniors that was scheduled for Wednesday, January 24 has been POSTPONED due to school closure. They are working to reschedule this meeting and a new date will be shared as soon as possible.

Due to hazardous road conditions in several parts of the county, mainly back roads, Macon County Schools will remained closed tomorrow, January 24th.

Little Miss, Petite Miss, & Junior Miss Macon County Beauty Pageants- Pageant forms are due to MCHS a week from today (Jan 30th)! If you are going to mail them in, please do that soon. Also don’t forget we have a Miss Photogenic award for only $5 extra.
