The Tennessee Army National Guard Counterdrug Task Force is bringing their "Stashed Away" mobile exhibit trailer this Friday Night to @LES. 5 pm-9 pm
This 26-foot trailer is designed as a realistic teenager’s bedroom and bathroom. It offers parents and caregivers an eye-opening walkthrough to show how modern substance abuse warning signs, red flags, and contraband can be hidden in plain sight.
21 and older only
We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to take a tour and get equipped with the knowledge to keep our students safe.

Come out tonight and support our RBSHS girls as they take the field for Powder Puff! The game is a fundraiser for the Class of 2028, and the concession stand will be open, so grab a snack while you cheer on your class! 🌭🥤🍿
📣 Powder Puff Players & Cheerleaders:
The teams will be made up of students in grades 9–12, with teams/coaches and cheerleaders based on grade. Players are required to have a signed parent/guardian permission form, and participation is $1 for players and cheerleaders.

🚨 HOMEcoming PARADE ENTRY DEADLINE — TOMORROW! 🚨
📅 Wednesday, September 23, 2026, is the LAST DAY to turn in Homecoming Parade entry forms.
Students participating in the parade MUST have a completed permission form with a parent/guardian signature. A $10 registration fee is required for each vehicle entry. Students riding with another student must also turn in their own permission slip.
📍 Turn forms and fees in to Ms. Naramore (Room #8) during:
• Before school
• Breaks
• After school
The deadline is Wednesday, September 23. Forms and fees received after the deadline will not qualify the student to participate.
🎉 The Homecoming Parade is Friday, September 25!
We want to see plenty of Bulldogs showing their school spirit, so don't wait until the last minute to get your form turned in!

We happily announce that Mrs. Andrea Robertson has officially accepted Fairlane Elementary’s principal position for the 2026-27 school year!! Mrs. Robertson has 20 years of experience with our district, ranging from teaching Kindergarten, 2nd, and 3rd grade, and serving as Assistant Principal at MCHS. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate with helping our earliest learners grow academically, socially, and behaviorally, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her to the Fairlane family!!

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are writing to inform you of a situation today at MCJH involving a reported threat of violence against a student by another student . We took the matter seriously and immediately investigated it with school administration and the appropriate authorities. We want to reassure you that no students were in danger at any time. The investigation was conducted promptly and thoroughly, and appropriate safety measures were followed throughout the process.
The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priorities. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain a safe and secure learning environment.

The driver acted quickly getting the parent off the bus and the police have been notified.
