The Safe Visitor Program is now in place at RBS Elem. Visitors wishing to enter the building will need to present a driver's license to be checked into the school. The program checks the TN/National database for criminal offenses to better protect the students at the school.

The Dual Enrollment Meeting for all current MCHS Sophomores and Junior interested in taking these courses thru Vol State will be held Wed. Feb. 19th at 5:30 in the Auditorium. All students and parents interested in taking Dual Credit courses are encouraged to attend.

The current Progress Report, PR3, is now available in Skyward Parent Access under the Portfolio area of the website/app. Spring Parent/Teacher Conference will be held 12-6pm on Wed. Feb. 26th. Students do not attend school this day.

Red Boiling Springs High School Top 10 pictures for the yearbook will be made March 5, 2020 at RBS High School. Please dress according to the guidelines set by the Senior Class

Fishing Team Meeting Correction....the meeting will be at MCJH on Tues Feb 18th at 7pm.....NOT the 17th.

Macon Co Schools Fishing Team for students 2nd-12th grade for the Junior/High School Bass Tourn Series can attend a info meeting on Tues Feb 17 at MCJH Auditorium. Coaches Kelly Stone & Justin Adams will be answering questions for interested parents and students.

Daddy/Daughter Dance sponsored by Alpha Gamma will still be held this Sat., Feb. 8th. For questions, contact Andrea Flynn or Wynona Clayborne. With school being out this week, remaining tickets will be sold at the Board of Ed thru Friday. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Due to the continuing increase in absenteeism due to illness, Macon County Schools will be closed the rest of this week, Wed. Feb. 5th-Fri. Feb. 7th. Normal schedules will resume on Monday, Feb. 10th.

Macon County High Senior Night ceremonies for basketball will begin tomorrow-Tuesday- evening at 4:45. The doors will open at 4:00. Come out and support our MC Tigerettes, Tigers and Seniors.

Registration for the Macon Co. Soccer League Spring Season is now open until Jan. 25th. Parents can sign-up their children at maconcountysoccer.com or visit Video Corner to do a paper form. The deadline to sign-up is this Saturday, Jan. 25th.

Friday’s Basketball game vs DeKalb County has been moved to DeKalb County. The schedule previously said it was a Home game...but it is actually AWAY. Tip-off is still 6pm.

Fairlane Elem School will begin using the Safe Visitor Program on Mon., Jan. 13th for all visitors. This program will require all visitors to present a valid driver's license before entering the school. More details available on the Macon County Schools facebook page.
